Wheat Cake (Egg free & Sugar free); Applesauce and Ginger Wheat Cake (Egg free & Fat free) - Very Delicious, Spicy, and Moist cakes! These whole wheat cakes make a wonderful simple dessert and a delightful breakfast with hot tea as well!

  • Donuts - Hot and sizzling, nothing beats a homemade donut. A cream filled donut is a wonderful occasional treat.
  • Viennese Biscuits - Light in texture and buttery in flavor, these egg-free biscuits will practically melt in your mouth.

  • Velvet Cake - When you want to serve a dessert that's as beautiful as it is delicious!!
  • Anzac Biscuits - An Anzac biscuit is a sweet biscuit, popular in Australia and New Zealand. They are easy to make and taste great!
  • Diet Cake with Sugar-Free Icing -  A sugar free cake with sugar free icing. This cake is unique and interesting!!

The USP of our workshop is cholesterol free and low fat baked cakes. Our cakes are more health friendly with lowest level of saturated fatty acids.

Liqueur Chocolate Making - 1 day workshop

Liqueur chocolates are a delicious combination of quality chocolates combined with the finest spirits and fruit juices. The different varieties are  - The Cocktail Centers & The Mocktail Centers. 

1. Topics Covered: 30 different varieties of Liqueur Chocolates like: 
  • Rose Cream Liqueur, Orange Colada Liqueur, Screw Driver, 
  • Strawberry Delight, Adam's Apple, White Cloud etc

  • Cake Decorating with Queen of Icing  - BUTTER-CREAM -  I workshop

1. Learn how to make beautiful cakes -  every time -  with our Cake Decorating Workshops.These workshops will enable the participants to learn, step by step on how to create beautiful cakes. In the workshop, the students will learn to use different types of icing tips, how to make the Queen of Icing  - BUTTER-CREAM, and blend beautiful colors and also improve their piping skills. The decorated cakes are so versatile that you can gift them for any occasion. Also included in the workshops - cakes with Chocolate Transfers, Chocolate Decorations, Fresh Fruit Cake and the popular Photo Cakes as well.

Sugar Craft - 1 day workshop

Sugar paste is also referred to as Fondant/ Gum Paste. If you’ve always wondered how to achieve super-smooth icing or how to make pretty sugar flowers for your cakes, then our Sugarcraft course is for you.The ability to create flowers in sugar is extremely rewarding and enables you create wonderful cake decorations for all occasions. 

Cookery Expressions invites you to increase your skills by joining the Sugar Craft Workshops. All materials and equipment will be provided for use in the class.

When you join us, you will learn all the skills and techniques you need to further your hobby, profession or passion.   

French & Belgium Chocolate Making - 2 day workshop 

Training to be a chocolatier is probably one of the most desirable activities.

Cookery Expressions’ French & Belgium Chocolate Making  is a wonderful creative process.

This Specialized Chocolate Making workshop gives the chance to learn the indulgent culinary art of chocolate creation!
